Nursery Grant Funding

2 Year Old Funding FOR WORKING PARENTS OR DISADVANTAGED CHILDREN (15 Hours) TAKEN OVER 38 WEEKS

Covers children for 5 sessions per week, these can be used as one session each day 9-12.00 or 12-3pm or 2 sessions in one day to make a full day 9.00-3.00pm.  Parents must check eligibility and inform us if you are entitled to funding.

3+4 Year Old Funding (15 hours or 30 hours) TAKEN OVER 38 WEEKS

All children are entitled to 15 hours the term after their 3^rd Birthday. 15 hours can be used as one session each day 9.00-12.00 OR 12.00- 3.00pm or 2 sessions in one day to make a full day 9-3.00pm. Parents must check eligibility for 30 hours and inform us if you are entitled. 30 hours can be used for up to 10 sessions per week.

30 hours funding for children from 9 months old is for working parents.

30 hours can be used for upto 10 sessions per week, Morning and Afternoon sessions from 9.00 - 3.00pm. additional drop off and pick up times can be added to your funding if you are not claiming your full 30 hours entitelment. Additional Drop off and pick up times are 8.30-9.00 am and 3.00- 3.30pm. 

Additional Funding 

Early years Pupil Premium (EYPP) - Up to £387 per year for your childcare provider to provide additional educational support. 

Disability Access Fund (DAF) – £910.00 or more paid to your childcare provider to provide additional educational support.

Breakfast club (7.30 – 9am. Includes Breakfast) £11.50

After School club (3.00- 5.00pm. Includes toast and snacks) £15.00

After School club (3.00- 6.00pm. Includes toast and snacks) £19.00

Early Leaners costs (Additional sessions to your funded hours) - All costs include Milk and Fruit each day

Lunches

Parents can send children with a lunch box or you can order a hot lunch from School. Current cost £2.90 each day. (This will increase in September)

School drop off extra time – Some parents have to drop or collect earlier or later due to other school runs. To help parents we can extend your child’s day.

8.30 – 9.00am - £3.50

3.00 – 3.30pm - £3.50

These hours can be used as part of your nursery funding (if you have any extra hours that you haven’t claimed for each week) Ask staff for more details.

• We offer an option for a school hot dinner which is an extra cost to parents. Parents can provide a packed lunch each day which has no extra charge.
• We charge parents for additional drop off and pick up clubs which parents can used funded hours for, however if your child attends Monday - Friday 9.00- 3.00pm you will be using your full 30 hours and will be charged for drop off and pick up extra.
• We charge parents for Breakfast and After school clubs (These sessions can't be used in your funded hours).
• We offer a range of different after school fun clubs for Pre School children (Football, disney, relax club) These are optional but parents will be charged if booked.
• School trips (Once a year) are charged. 
• We will make sure we help parents as much as we can and we ask you to please let us know if you're unable to cover the cost and we will do our best to fund it from our funding.
